Each stake is hot-rolled with a "pencil" point, allowing it to be easily driven or hammered into clay, rock,on compacted soil. The holes on the stakes are drilledin a spiral, meaning a nail hole will always line up with the form for quick nailing. Steel stakes are more durable than wooden stakes and do not splinter. Steel stakes are reusable and more cost-effective because there is no need to purchase a new set for each job.
